vivo Y18e and Y18 launched in India starting at Rs. 7999

vivo has launched the Y18 and Y18e, the company's latest budget smartphones in the 'Y Series' in India, as successors to the Y17 that launched in 2019.

The phones feature a 6.56-inch HD+ 90Hz display, are powered by MediaTek Helio G85 12nm Octa-Core SoC with 4GB of RAM and up to 4GB of virtual RAM, run Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14, the pack has a 13/50 megapixels. Main camera, 5/8 megapixel front camera and a 5000mAh battery with 15W charging.

The phones come in Space Black and Gem Green colors. As for the design, the dipping process makes a natural and delicate color gradient that blends perfectly with the texture, says vivo.

The nanoscale coating allows for glass-like transparency, and the 3D microsculpture makes silver water waves that sparkle like gemstones, the company says.
