TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G with 6.78″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED Display, Up to 12GB RAM, 6000mAh Battery Launched in India Starting at Rs. 19,999

TECNO has launched POVA 6 Pro 5G, the company's upcoming mid-range 5G smartphone in India as promised. It has a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, retains the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC, but has up to 12GB of RAM and 12GB of virtual RAM.

The phone has a dynamic eye design with dynamic light effect on the back cover. In total, 210 MiniLEDs controlled by a single point create ring-shaped and helix-shaped light effects. In general, up to 9 different scenarios can be customized, such as calls, power status and games, with 101 different user-defined effects.

It uses TECNO's first P-NCVM edge for a smooth mid-frame and advanced precision lithography technology texture that creates a thin yet robust feel that doesn't show fingerprints, the company says.

The phone runs Android 14 with HiOS 14 on top. It has a 108MP rear camera, a 2MP secondary camera and an AI lens. There is a 32 MP front camera. Both the front and rear cameras have dual LED flash. It has a cooling area of ​​27342 mm² and features TECNO's 4D vibration sensor for more tactile gaming.

There is an in-display fingerprint scanner and the phone packs a 6000mAh battery with 70W Ultra Charge that can charge the phone up to 50% in 20 minutes and 100% in just 50 minutes. When the battery eventually runs out, 1% Super-Endurance power can deliver calls for 20 minutes. The phone also has 10W reverse charging.

The phone can be charged even in -20°C and is also capable of working in temperatures up to 60°C. In addition, safety protections include STS Secure Battery technology to prevent internal shortcuts, Bypass Charge to prevent overheating and charging water detection to alert users when moisture is detected, TECNO said.
