Registration procedure

• Go to your nearest BISP office.
• Fill out the registration form with accurate information about your family and income. You can download the form from the 8171 BISP website.
• Copy of DNI (CNIC), proof of family, proof of income and expenses, etc.

• After receiving your application, BISP officers will carefully examine your documents and may visit your home.
• If you are not eligible, you will be notified.
