2 Requirements for students to enroll in the Benazir Taleemi Wazaif Program in 2024

To be eligible for compensation every three months, enrolled children must meet two specified requirements:

• Continue to be enrolled in classes throughout the academic year.
• Maintain attendance of at least 70% per quarter.

Every quarter, BISP conducts field inspections, uses online student attendance records and verifies students' in-person attendance in schools using biometrics. Children who do not comply are temporarily removed from the program, and to encourage behavior modification, siblings who comply continue to receive stipends. In addition, many social mobilization initiatives seek to increase mothers' knowledge.
