At Microsoft Build, Qualcomm announced the Snapdragon Dev Kit for Windows, a compact form factor PC powered by Snapdragon X Elite in partnership with Microsoft.

Designed specifically for developers building or optimizing apps and experiences for the next generation of AI-powered PCs, this arrives just in time before the Snapdragon X Series laptops arrive in June.

The Snapdragon Dev Kit allows developers to optimize Windows applications for Snapdragon processors. With familiar tools like Visual Studio and VSCode, developers can easily compile their apps directly into the Dev Kit.

This ensures the best possible experience for PC users by leveraging the native Windows toolchain on Snapdragon. The development kit itself boasts a special, high-performance Snapdragon X Elite chip and plenty of ports, making it ideal for developers using multiple monitors.

The Snapdragon Dev Kit for Windows is available for prior order, priced at USD 899.99 (Rs. 74,960 approx), with retail availability on June 18.
