Xiaomi has confirmed the release of the Redmi Pad Pro 5G version soon. This comes after the Wi-Fi version of the Redmi Pad Pro was launched in China in April, and was introduced to global markets in May.

This was confirmed by CEO Lei Jun, who also said that tablet users can easily connect to the Xiaomi / Redmi phone hotspot with one touch.

The teaser also shows the stylus and keyboard with a built-in double-sided protective case, which were already introduced. Apart from the 5G support, the tablet is expected to retain the design and other specifications of the Wi-Fi version of the tablet.

The Redmi Pad Pro 5G is expected to be unveiled in June, along with the Redmi K70 Ultra.
