Nada today announced the opening of its third exclusive Customer Care Center in India, located in Mumbai.

This expansion highlights Nothing's commitment to the Indian market and its growing consumer base. It follows the recent opening of an Exclusive Customer Care Center in New Delhi.

Nothing increases coverage and range

Nada is set to expand its service center coverage from 300 to more than 350 by July 2024, serving more than 18,000 PIN codes across the country. The first ESC in Bengaluru, inaugurated in October 2023, marked an important milestone for the brand, underscoring its dedication to delivering excellence to Indian consumers.

The exclusive Service Center will conduct regular service camps for Nothing customers, providing a variety of accessories and care packages including accidental/liquid damage provisions, warranty upgrades and more.

Looking ahead, Nothing plans to establish two additional service centers in Hyderabad and Chennai by the end of 2024, with further expansion to 20 locations by 2025.

Location and Availability

The third Exclusive Customer Service Center is located at B#801, Rustomjee Central Park, Business Spaces, Andheri East, 400093, Mumbai, and is operational from today.
