UNISOC has officially unveiled the T760 6nm 5G SoC in India, after it was unveiled last year. It uses 6nm EUV process technology and incorporates Arm's 4 x A76 big + 4 x A55 minor core architecture, along with an Arm Mali-G57 MC4 GPU.

It supports Hard Decode/4K@30fps encoding and decoding, and supports FHD+ resolution screens and 120Hz refresh rates. The company says it scored 510,000 points in AnTuTu V10.

The UNISOC T760 features a dedicated NPU with 3.2 TOPS AI computing power and has UNISOC's latest Vivimagic 6.0 image engine and Acutelogic 3A technology, supporting ultra-clear quad cameras with up to 64MP pixels.

The UNISOC T760 SoC uses an innovative integrated multi-mode architecture and AI smart tuning technology, resulting in a 37% reduction in overall power consumption in 5G data scenarios and an 18% reduction in power consumption in data scenarios expect 5G, according to the company.

UNISOC said which is collaborating with key OEM players to bring the UNISOC T760 to the Indian market soon. According to reports, HMD phones are expected to use the chip first.
