Greater precision and accuracy

Accurate health metrics are critical to effective health monitoring. The new features combine advanced health algorithms with artificial intelligence to deliver more personalized information.

Improved Sleep AI: The new sleep indicators provide a detailed analysis of sleep quality, including movement during sleep, sleep latency, heart rate and respiratory rate, in addition to existing metrics such as snoring hours, blood oxygen level and sleep cycles.

Advanced fitness features

New fitness features provide accurate and effortless fitness measurements.

Performance Metrics: Custom Health Rate Zone now includes detailed aerobic threshold (AT) and anaerobic threshold (AnT) heart rate zone metrics for efficient race and performance analysis.
