Xiaomi has just announced the Redmi Pad Pro, the company's latest tablet in the Redmi series along with the Redmi Turbo 3, as promised. It has a 12.1-inch 2.5K+120Hz LCD display, is powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 SoC with up to 8GB of RAM.

It has a metal body, is only 7.52mm thick, has four speakers and packs a 10000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. This gets the first Redmi-inspired stylus with 4096 levels of pressure sensitivity, a minimum latency of 5ms and Redmi's first keyboard-style double-sided protective case.

The Redmi Pad Pro comes in Light Blue, Smoke Green and Dark Gray colors and is priced at 1,499 Yuan (USD 207 / Rs. 17,595 approx) for the 6GB + 128GB model, 8GB + 128GB and 8 GB + 256GB are priced at 1699 yuan (234 USD / approx. Rs. 19,575) and 1899 yuan (262 USD / approx. Rs. 21,880), respectively, but there is a 100 yuan discount for these during the first sale on 15 april

The stylus and keyboard with case are priced at 299 yuan (USD 41 / Rs. 3,445 approx.) each.

This Redmi Pad Pro also gets a Harry Potter Limited Edition inspired by the design of classic Harry Potter items and the contents of the box. It is priced at 2299 Yuan (USD 317 / Rs. 26,990 approx.) for the 8GB + 256GB model.
